The process of building a new home can be stressful, time consuming, and frustrating. The experience I had with Oevering was fun and rewarding. There were many choices of standard selections that were far better quality than I expected, and I was able to choose almost all the details right from the office. In my interactions with contractors, staff, and project managers, I felt positive that my best interest was at heart. Everyone was always very nice, accommodating, and they knew who I was! I would not be likely to recommend Oevering to most people.

I told them from day one I had a realtor I was working with. The timing of the house build was fine, and pretty much on schedule, nothing unexpected with a large project. I met with a couple of people with Oevering to discuss the issues. They come across very nice and helpful and assure that the issues with be taken care of.

This is our 4th and final home that we had built over the last 35 years and it was the most hassle-free process of the 4 homes. We built our retirement home with Oevering homes and are totally satisfied with the QUALITY of the home. We receive nothing but compliments when people see the home. It is a lifetime investment and that is the way Oevering homes treated the entire process. Oranzo “walks the talk” and puts the buyer in a comfort zone. He delivered on everything we asked for and delivered on time !
